1. Information We Collect

Vibe Interview runs entirely on your local device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your interview data, transcripts, or AI-generated answers. Your conversations and session data never leave your machine.

2. API Keys

Your API keys are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We never have access to your keys. All API calls are made directly from your device to the respective service providers (e.g., OpenAI).

3. Analytics

We may collect anonymous usage analytics (app opens, feature usage) to improve the product. No personal or interview data is included in these analytics. You can opt out of analytics in the app settings.

4. Third-Party Services

When you use AI features, your prompts are sent directly from your device to OpenAI's API using your own API key. We are not an intermediary. We do not proxy, log, or store any data that passes between your device and third-party APIs.

5. Data Retention

All data is stored locally and can be deleted at any time by removing the app. Session data is stored in a local SQLite database on your machine. Deleting the app removes all associated data.
